    Just come out of hospital and seen a video on here with someone using a Red Epic Dragon with the Ipp2 can you get it for the Dragon now?

    You can post-process using IPP2 in RC-X, but IPP2 won't ever be available on Dragon in-camera because of "hardware limitations" as per a chat I had with my BS rep when he called to let me know the upgrade window for Dragons would be closing.

    Just an FYI (cause it sounds like you were out of the loop for a bit), but using IPP2 even in post/RCXp v50+ gives better highlight retention, better out of gamut colour handling, and a sharper debayer algorithm for all r3d footage... including MX/M! Bonus.

    Yes I was out for 3 months thanks to someone else is stupidity, thanks for clearing that up?

    I use a SmallhD monitor, send 3g10 out and use the Red IPP2 conversion luts to monitor.
    Multiple hat wearing director and cinematographer based but not bound in the greater New York area.

    Or as its raw, what you see in camera does not matter much. you can set it to whateveg redgamma and then just post it using ipp2.
