No CF card 4K formating

Tried to format my RED 8gig CF card at 4K 16x9 format at all the frame rates and it doesnt work. It does work at 4K 2-1 at the lower frame rates 23.98, 24, 25 fps. But I cant get it to format at the 29.97 rate. Am I missing something? You cant use CF cards at the full rez of the camera at 29.97? I thought you could shoot 4K 16x9 at all the 4K formats and speeds to a CF card.
Does anyone know if the new 16gig cards help with this problem?

Everything works just fine on the drives just not the cards.

Is this normal or am I missing something here.

PS this is not new it was the same on build 15...

Did you set quality to Redcode 28?
But even in RC 28 the limit is 25 fps.

Ya I tried all the possibilities but I think it just is not on the build yet?
Im thinking that 4K is more for film style work.
