Who give a hoot? If the OP subject is played out (it is) and all the original questions are answered, then what is the crime in folks interacting with free association? What is this 2nd Grade . . . "Stay on task kids" ;-)

Would be cool tho to cut the Contemplative Spaceman image into elements to create a parallax effect while zooming in ;-)

I'm not so sure. A great exercise would be to consistently create great looking visuals with excellent light distribution and tonality. I think the hard part is in the subtlety and developing great "taste".

I don't mean to stop you from having fun, but I don't think this is very useful—not as a grading exercise and not for evaluation of the sensor.

I realise this is about as dry as a comment here gets, but so be it.

You are correct. None of what I've posted in the past few pages does anything to further the understanding of the IPP2 workflow or the true capabilities of the Monstro
Sensor. It was just me bullshitting around. But I have tried to actually contribute to the thread in trying to better understand the OP's original subject. The subject of how Monstro handles Low Light Fire scenes. So hopefully there will be new posts concerning how to better deal with/ handle fire in Low light scenes with Monstro.

You have nothing to apologize for there Rand. Having enthusiastic contributors is what makes any forum engaging. Seems to be Grumpyville here recently. I mean if anyone else has something to add to the conversation . . . then post away. If you read the OP, it had no questions or concerns. This thread is an open book as far as I'm concerned and the work that Rand is posting is certainly RED related and fun to watch
