Thanks A lot For That Zeb, But I understand his concerns.

Since I'm back in RedcineX today, I thought I'd work again with the fire scene footage.

To bring out more faces in the crowd.

For anyone wanting to practice Keying here is a photo from Bjorn Benckert. I graded the walls so that they were a "Keying" green color so that I could pull a key from it later.

Here is the photo mentioned earlier to practice keying with

    Hey Rand,

Thanks for the support. I will keep at it and give it more time.

    James,

I'm still learning Resolve myself, and it's been about a year and a half since I first started using it. I don't want to come across as some Davinci Resolve "Aficionado" or anything I just keep on trying and experimenting to see what Resolve can really do. Just try different things, sometimes stupid things. When you're having fun doing things you enjoy with Resolve, you might just find that you'll develop a skill that you can use professionally as well.

    James,

Here was a needless, Fun, Stupid, waste of time exercise, that I was told by more knowledgeable members of the forum was exactly that, that I gave myself last year that I almost quit 8 to 10 times . It was an attempt to make a painting I downloaded from the internet look more like a photo realistic photo. I was using a shitload too many nodes all in the wrong way, but nothing has improved my qualifying, power window, Luma curve, color correcting and use of contrast adding skills more than that exercise did!

Here's the excerpt from that thread,

what I got from the internet:

transformed that into black and white

It only took 58 nodes to do it
