I’m one of the early believers who have put off delivery until now. We were waiting for a project that never materialized. We don’t need a Red camera for the current projects that we have, so as much as I would like to be a Red owner, it just doesn’t make sense to spend that much money just to have the camera sit on the shelf. So I have decided to put my camera up for sale and hope that it finds a happy new owner that can put it to good use.
I have not yet taken delivery, so everything is brand new. But since I have a low number, the camera can be shipped right away (of course, taking into account the backlog constraints at Red). This is what I currently have on order, but that can be changed to match your needs:

I’ll also throw in the original Red medallion with the serial number.
I also have a Birger Nikon (or Canon) mount on order, if you’re interested. It comes with a free remote control. You can have my reservation for the price of the down payment I made.
As you may know, the Red 1-year warranty is not transferable (see Red.com for details). I am willing to assist with any warranty issues with Red. Or, I can take $500 off the selling price, and you can send the camera back to Red to be re-certified and receive a 90-day warranty.
