How to record audio in variable frame rate on red?

Hi guys, just a quick one, is there any way of recording audio on the scarlet W in high frame rates? I shoot a lot of music video and of course 24 and 25 30 frames etc all record audio and jumping up to HFR cuts it, but I would love to be able to still use the audio for easy lip sync.

Any way of doing this?

since a couple of firmware (i think 7.0 and higher) there is the option of varispeed audio, it then records a wav track along the R3D file.

you can activate the feature in your menu. dig around for it. it's in there now after 7.0

Im on firmware 7.0 but I can't find it in the menu, is it after 7.0 or on 7?
