The Aaton handgrip coupler is designed for lightweight 15mm rods, so an adapter would be necessary to get to 19mm rods.

Sorry, just have to get a price for the cable. I keep bugging the guy. Promise to have something soon.
Please realize that while an excellent option, it certainly won't be the cheapest. The Aaton walnut handgrip and the rod coupler are not inexpensive items.
