For sale is a set of matched Ekran / CKBK superspeed spherical primes (all have stainless steel PL mounts).

CKBK was the Central Soviet cine lens design bureau that designed all the prototype cinema lenses for manufacturers like LOMO, and also provided serial production of ”special” cine lenses such as superspeeds.

CKBK was later privatised and became known as AO OPTIKA and finally ELITE, before this is was also part of the short lived CKBK/MKBK joint venture EKRAN.
All the lenses are in excellent condition, clean glass and smooth mechanics. Late production as you can see from the serial numbers.

I’ve used this set myself on 2nd and 3rd camera on a highly successful TV series (Chernobyl: Exclusion Zone), and rented them out for shorts and indie features, and commercials that were looking for the slightly retro look you get when these lenses are wide open. But now I need to rehouse some other lens sets of mine, which means I need to make a sacrifice somewhere, and this is it (as well as some roundfront anamorphics; see separate post). Hope to find good home for them:

    28mm t1.4, s/n 900031

    35mm
    t1.7, s/n 890030

    50mm t1.4, s/n 900019

    75mm T1.6, s/n 900032

Price is $4000 USD each, THE SET OF FOUR IS NOW SOLD.

Fitted aluminium box (with room for 6 lenses) included if you buy all four.

    Photos coming up soon.

Lenses located in Malmö, Sweden. Buyer is welcome to test and pick the lenses up in person, but I can ship almost anywhere. Paypal is not preferred and would entail extra costs because of exchange rates.

It's really nice, cam focus design with ball bearings - Master Prime/Cooke style. Here is our kinor "optimized" version:
