Here's a link to a RED menu setup checklist we created for our own use -- not sure if anyone's posted something similar. It's purpose is so the DP can check off how he wants the camera (or cameras) set up and give it to his or her AC for the prep (or so that an AC can call the DP and ask how he should set it up).
You can check off most items. Some items show default settings in which case if you want to change it, simply mark through the default and write in what you want for that item. In some you can just write "default" or some such to indicate the default setting. It's nothing fancy, but because there are so many menu settings I thought some of you might find it useful.
We're looking at setting it up as an online form that can be emailed, but wanted to get some feedback before we do so (also need to spend some time actually earning a living). I welcome ideas as to how to make this more useful.
