    Ok so basically it's true that legacy is the only way. And then with legacy you lose control over proxy color options and cannot playback with LUTs. Just confirming in case anyone had some kind of workaround or other info. Thanks for the confirmation guys. Too bad, hopefully they will eventually enable the possibility to use such log LUTs in IPP2.

    Part of my interest in this was that the panavision DXL2 LUT that was posted really seems to handle tint issues much better than IPP2 curves, but it's hard to use it or similar log2g10 LUTs in camera without losing a lot of functionality.

    I was wondering why clips won't play back in camera with the LUT applied. I hadn't realized that the LUT workflow was a bit incomplete, so I echo other's hopes that this will be fleshed out and fully resolved.
