Buy the FD aspherical one. I have 3 of them, and one is being rehoused to PL at GL optics. I keep a whole set in the org FD-mount and use them with the C7 adapter on my monstro.

Ed Mika has a proper conversion kit for it these days.
Ordered Ed's mod and haven't heard from him in 2 weeks. No word on shipping either. Maybe I'll ask ya how to DIY this thing after all haha

Wanna sell me a used one? I don't think the one I ordered from Ed is going to come after all.

Finally got that converter and threw it in front of the sensor.

    Quick test: https://youtu.be/Xfplb2byaUo

Excited to use this for the softness it brings at 1.2 and the bokeh options.

You should specify if this is the FL or FD 55 as they are actually different.
