Fellow Red Owners,
Our Camera #2050 produces Green / Blue / Black dotted lines in 4 places horizontally ( across 2048 pixels in height). Initially on our first shoot, we considered has Black Shading issue. We were asked by Red Tech team to do black shading and reinstall Build 16. But now for the second time on our shoot yesterday, we found the same dotted lines after reinstalling Build 16 completely and done Black Shading. Also done Black Shading yesterday on shoot when the camera is hot.

We posted request to Red Tech team and they asked us to send the camera back to them and ensured us to return it back as early as possible.
This post is to educate Red One owners about the Green / Blue / Black dotted lines vertically across the image in multiple places to get immediate attention from Red Tech Team, Since I found multiple user forum post regarding this issue.
Thanks Nate for making our request a main priority and assured us to return as early as possible. Only problem for us is, we are from Chennai, India and it will took at least 3 to 4 days to get our camera back if everything works perfectly on shipment from both sides.
Since India is the largest producer of film and also fastest adopter of Digital Cinema, We would request Red to have service team / office to this part of the world covering Asia probably in India / China / Singapore. We have 2000 cinema halls across India showing in Digital Cinema Projectors.
