Can the original PRO I/O Module be used on DSMC2 camera like the Dragon X? Wanting a better audio interface with XLR inputs and avoiding a 3.5mm jack... ThanksQ

Nope. Entirely different interface/ecosystem. I went with the REDVOLT Expander w/ XLR initially and then grabbed the OMOD MK II for the 2nd cam. The newer Production Module IMO is the best possible current solution. On the cheap and if you don't mind the gack the Beachtek DXA-RED can feed phantom out via a 3.5mm stereo plug. But for robustness and general usefulness, the modules are a better solution.
