Matching Gemini with Helium?

Any tips or best practices with matching Gemini with Helium seamlessly? Things to keep in mind or look out for? Shooting a narrative with these. Gemini as A-cam and Helium as B-cam that I'm hoping to leave set up on a Ronin 2 for most of the show. Thoughts? I'm going to do plenty of tests beforehand but just curious if any of you have some insight. Thanks in advance

if you deliver @ 4K try to avoid shooting wides with both if possible, Helium final resolution and perceived micro contrast will be much higher (with good lenses stopped down of course) than Gemini.

Generally speaking Gemini would be best suited for close ups and low light in that scenario.

Color wise, Helium tend to have a green cast while Gemini tend to skew a little toward magenta/pinkish tones.

I'm guessing if you use something like the Primers EQX for the respective cameras, that would bring their looks closer together. I haven't tested this myself, but with a unified underlying theory guiding the looks, that might be the way to go.

Interesting notes guys. I'm curious about things like the latitude at different ISO's on each sensor since I've seen that the Gemini has a bit more play in the highlights. As well as if there's any validity to shooting lower resolution on the Helium to make it appear softer, like 7k or even 6k, to match the Gemini's 5k. I don't anticipate needing to shoot wides with both cameras so that'll likely help. I also need to look into these Primers since several folks have mentioned that to me.

I wouldnt sensor crop to match gemini, just shoot in 8K and youll be fine, I did it for a year, also had a scarlet-w mixed in too

With Primers, colour wise they should be indistinguishable.
Properly exposed.
