Victoria's Secret's lawyers will have some words with them, since they believe they own all shades of PINK.

BTW, let me dump all my Magenta cartridges before they comes after me.

And here she owns the sun and now plans to start charging ALL users. She also has the registration papers to prove it (lol)

Yeah, good luck with owning magenta. I bet nobody wants to own beige, though.

As for the sun, I regret that I will not be paying royalties. In that case, I accept that the owner can begin to shut off services. Good luck to her. Hey, maybe she can charge her own country for using the sun, seeing as it has some great tourist spots in the summer? I'm sure they'll pay.

Next battle: Disney Corp. will want to own the sole rights to the potential to create 'magic' in a motion picture. I doubt that Universal will allow that to happen, seeing as ET and Empire of the Sun can be cited as prior art. WB, the second largest studio, will probably cite The Wizard of Oz without so much as getting out of bed. Fox will probably try and claim that they too have prior art, but Disney Corp. will just slap them and tell them to STFU and get back in the basement.
Good production values may not be noticed. Bad production values will be.

Reminds me of a satire in the Onion some years ago about Bill Gates attempting to copyright “0” and “1”.
