Those heavy cameras should be prohibited to be put on a shoulder of an operator.
    It's abuse.
More than 10kg is a no go (and there is no need to be as big).
(Nothing against Ergorig entended in my post).

I've spent my entire career(over 22 years, now) running around with 25lb+ ENG cameras on my shoulder and if it's well balanced(like an ENG camera), it's not a big problem, generally. Honestly, ~25lb ENG cameras are my favorite to shoot with, because they are perfectly balanced on the shoulder with everything exactly where it needs to be to "just get out of your way and let you shoot". The problems start to arise when you get into ridiculously long periods of time/takes with it on your shoulder(20+ mins), "bad" angles like shooting up for extended periods and poorly balanced cameras.
