Inspired by James Miller and Abt-Cine. Due to the fact that my Lenses are unfortunaly all Nikon mounted I made my own.
Frankensteined Optitek Nikon Mount Speedbooster Ultra with a custom SLA printed OLPF Caddy.

It works well at 4.5K 3:2 without vignetting. That's all i and my Leicas wanted. 36x24mm field of view!

The Optitek Mount is 4.2mm shorter (thanks David from glasswerk-optics for the information) than the original.
We milled the original Speedbooster around the optic so it fits inside the Optitek mount. So the thread is still available for backfocus adjustment.

The OLPF caddy with the standard s35 OLPF glass is the greepy part. It works, but it is far away from the originals (RED and ABT-Cine)
The rear element is so big that there is no much space for the caddy anymore.
THE OLPF now slides inside the caddy. Unfortunally the abt-Cine OLPF does not fit the original Speedbooster element.

Thanks James for the proof of concept work you've done!!!

Now i put the PL mount back on and go back to work

I'm confused; where does the OLPF glass sit? Is it just taped to the back of the caddy?

Would this assembly work with DSMC1 by chance?

It looks clean. Good job! (If you can, would love some sample. r3d frames.)
