I think it’s obvious what it is.

Aww man. Any hints on release date from the Red folks? Let's get the full specs and price out there so we can start making decisions... And start shooting with this bad boy.

Nope, that's for Jarred to do.

I will say something worthwhile though. Komodo is built very solid. It's very much a utility production camera in my mind. Yes, Jarred doesn't want you to use this as your "first camera", but you can do whatever you want with it really. I totally get where this fits in. You can take it anywhere and sort of put it anywhere.

In a lot of those applications where you want something like that and have a raw image, it's good to go. I see where some tiny cameras are used on set, this will become the defacto tiny camera to use on productions that need it because it does a few things better or more uniquely.

    The sensor tech is wild.

I'm also still really imagining some of the more not-so-normal things you can do with it too. Mainly related to streaming and multi-cam stuff.

Cool. Thanks for the feedback dude !
Did you record some footage or was it most just checking the camera body itself ?

    Exciting times Phil!
Just guessing that the frame Jarred posted was from another Komodo?

Can you tell whether the lens or the baby dragon was heavier?
I can imagine it balancing out with a battery on the back... no?
