    Out of the blue, my 9" RED Touch monitor has suddenly decided to stop responding to touch except for in the lower left corner. Nothing has changed in my setup.

    I'd imagine RED won't service this monitor anymore because of the age. Anyone else encounter this issue?

    My setup is as follows: RED Raven, Lemo Adapter A, Red Touch 9", Red Volt XL Module, and Red Volt Battery.

    Hi Wes,

    While this monitor is discontinued and spare parts may no longer be available, if you want to file a Support ticket to get in contact with our team we can troubleshoot, and bring the monitor in for evaluation to see if there are any other options available.

    If you want to pursue this, please just mention that I recommended you submit a ticket so that I can coordinate with the team.

    At this point, my options are limited. Without the monitor, I can't shoot.

    I'll file a ticket and see what they want me to do.
