    28-50, no. 28-70, yes.

Need more mid range zoom cinema options for VV. I'm saying this as I'm mulling over purchasing the Premista 28-100 right now. Takes a lot for a zoom to impress me, but dammit I need it.

The Zeiss zooms seem to tick all boxes but the CP naming was a huge mistake.

Should have called them the Ultra Zooms.

Yeah someone needs to make an afforfable 28-70 and 70-200 FF zoom set.

The Zeiss pair are great but cost $20K each.

If someone can figure out an almost as good option for $10K they will sell.

TLS had a good idea with the Nikon rehouses, not sure why that idea and price range hasn't been picked up by others.

I have 3 CP2s (15,25 and 35mm) but now i have to choose between buy 2x CP3s (50-85mm) to complete my set of buy a zoom...yes, Zeiss 28-80mm would be great but too expensive

28-70ish? Wish the zoom was 24mm or even 20mm wide instead, would make it much much more usable on S35 sensors as well

he he yeah I meant 28ish-70ish, 24-70mm is the most probable looking at their still lenses offerings...and 4mm overlap would be good considering the 16-28 on the low end too, there's hope I guess ;-)

The problem is color/contrast/feel matching to your lenses and also it has a 95mm OD front while your lenses are all 114mm like MasterPrimes and Optimo DPs.
