Help with workflow / trims

Hi gang,

Got the problem of the Raids filling up and need to make room.

I've been pretty bad about just dumping client projects on the raid and not taking time to make trims.

So is there any suggestions for workflow?
Need to go through all the stuff on the raid and make trims of what I wanna keep and toss the rest.
Can I just pull the clips from the raid into RCX, mark the trims and save back to the raid?

Hi Curtis, as you suspected, you can just mark in and out points in RCX and export all clips in the bin using the "R3D Trim" preset. I've typically found that it's easier to do in your editing program of choice, then export XML, and import that into RCX. Huge time and space saver.
