We now have a few years of use under our collective belts with the Revolva. What are everyone’s general thoughts on overall reliability and quality? Are they holding up under daily use? IQ still great?
Thanks for your thoughts!

Mine works flawlessly, I was one of the first to buy it. I use mainly a custom made cartridge with 0, 9, 15, 21 wich rarely leaves the mount.
It has a small resolution loss in one axis, but no to very minimal color tint as I can see. (edit : version 1 of the mount, see comment from John below).
It's a time saver for my docu work and I can use my lens without matebox or screwing a filter infront of it. Only a polariser when needed.
Pat
Patrick is yours from the early design with the optical correction block at the rear?
Important to point out that the current version has zero resolution loss, as we revised the design to eliminate the correction element entirely.
You can upgrade to the current version too BTW - only 50 or so of the early type remain out there.
For transparency and general interest; our service and repair rate on Revolva is now approx 4% of units sold for all time, and around 1% in the first year.
We're getting better at hitting QC first time as we go along of course.
We naturally have occasional faults to service under warranty, (<0.4% right now) but predominantly the above servicing rate relates to replacement of scratched or broken glass, and for general servicing from use in harsh environments.
Its proving to be a tough little product.
I too purchased an early one and it is still all good. I do miss the buttery smooth Red Titanuim EF mount but I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO GLASS ND FILTERS again.
Hey John,
I own Kippertie #0016 and emailed about getting it upgraded, but customer service said I would have to pay. I even sent a screen shot of your message posted here.
