The Common Questions About The Shark NV360

The Shark NV360 - navigator lift away dlx vacuum cleaner is a very sophisticated vacuum cleaner. You need to learn about it more carefully to maximize its performance. Below are the common questions and answers to help you get a better insight into this machine:

What does a brush control work?

Any Shark NV360 vacuum cleaner body comes with an on-off switch that allows you to control the brush roll in the cleaning head.

When cleaning hardwood and bare floors, you should turn off this function to avoid scattering debris as well as damaging the damage-prone surfaces. On the other hand, this feature is useful for cleaning carpets and rugs because it parts the thick pilling and provides you with better power suction to draw out all debris hiding inside.

Keep in mind to turn off the brush roll while cleaning pet hair. If not, the hair will tangle up this accessory. In case you can't remove them in time, the brush roll can be damaged due to snapping the roller belt.

Don't you have other choices because there is too much pet hair on your carpets and rugs?

It's okay to use this function, but remember to remove pet hair from the brush roll after fishing vacuuming.

Is Shark NV360 designed with manual cleaning head height adjustment?

No, so shark - navigator lift-away bagless upright vacuum - blue is hard to maneuver on a high-pile carpet.

    What's the lift-away technology?

When touching a button, the lift-away technology allows you to convert the whole upright machine into a canister vacuum cleaner. This way offers better flexibility and mobility to clean hard-to-reach areas such as the top of your tall shelves and the ceiling.

How to empty the dust cup?

Shark NV360's emptying mechanism is straightforward. What you have to do is only hovering the cup over the trash, then pressing the release tab. This action swings open the flap at the bottom of the cup to drop everything in the can neatly.

In case you collect plenty of big debris in the cup, some of them can be stuck inside. In this case, you need to take them out by using your hands.

Is there a HEPA-rated filtration system on the NV360?

Yes. If you are suffering from allergy, this feature is helpful because it can keep all dirt and dust inside without going back to the air, your fresh atmosphere.

What are the accessories packed with Shark NV360?

In the past, when buying the Shark NV360, you will get these 4 useful tools: the extended suction wand, the crevice tool, the dusting brush, and the pet power tool.

But, you will have an extra crevice tool and a dusting brush in the box in recent years.

In sum, a full package of shark navigator lift away deluxe NV360 includes 6 pieces, not 4 as in the past, so you need to check carefully. It has several wonderful technologies, such as HEPA-rated filtration and lift-away technology. If you have other questions about this Shark vacuum cleaner, don't forget to comment below.

you can't do it when magnified, you have to choose where to magnify first

It is done in the focus menu, with the focus zone rectangle red/white box. You have to drag the box using touchscreen or the jog arrow.

It's a real bummer too. Definitely something that sets RED apart. And not in a good way.

I agree. It's something that has been mentioned many times.

Magnify behaves like a change in resolution and this leads to a long magnify toggle, and the inability to move while magnified.

Maybe with the Komodo 4k output, and DSMC3 obvisously, we could have usable zoom-magnify from the SDI out 4k ? and not a crop-magnify like we have now.
A zoom magnification from a 4k source is perfectly usable to check focus and would be so much quicker to toggle. Like on DSLR with the +/- buttons.
