    For 99% of shoots then these are no better than normal timecode boxes, only for a small niche of scenarios (such as distributed live shoots which would be re-edited, or global doco shooting simultaneously) would they be "handy" (but not essential).

    Thus I'd still recommend a Tentacle Sync E or a Timecode Systems Ultrasync ONE as being a superior choice.
