Scarlet W - Audio leads video by 2 frames

We recently purchased a Scarlet W dragon for some projects, with the IO expander module, and beachtek DXA RED preamp module for audio. I seams to all work well, however when bringing into premiere/RedCineX, the audio leads the video by 2 frames consistently. Am I missing a setting or something?
The setup was a 416 shotgun into the beachtek unit, using minijack straight into the RED.

Any thoughts?

What are your recording settings? Also just FYI never plug that DXA directly into your I/O Expander p-tap. It will fry it.
