Jetpack wont deliver hdmi and usb-power

Hello all,
Hope someone can help, or point us in the right direction.
We have a RED Raven with a hdmi-jetpack, sitting in a Movi Pro setup. The hdmi-signal has been delivered from the camera/jetpack to a wirelesss transmitter, and the usb-power from the jetpack has powered a Tilta focus-motor.
All of this has worked just fine, until now.

There is no hdmi being sent from the jetpack, and the focus-motor doesnt get any power anymore. I have tested with feeding the transpmitter from another camera-souce, and it works. I have also tested the focus-motor with another power-supply, and it works.
Its just when hooking this up the mentioned jetpack that it doesnt work anymore.

When booting the Raven with the jetpack and transmitter, I get a few seconds with the RED-logo during boot, delivered through the hdmi...then it dies. This happens everytime.

Any ideas?

Have you tried re-seating the jetpack, or cleaning the contacts? If there's a 5 sec working time on the beginning - seem like something is going on with contacts

Aaaand that was exactly what it was...the Jetpack needed to be re-seated. I couldnt see any damage etc, but after mounting it back on, everything works again. So that might have been the "fix" :-)
