    What worked for me after having an error in my order was using the chatbot an say "I want to buy an Komodo can you help me". Then I got a friendly and quick reply. My order was fixed very soon after. Now just wait till it sails in :D

    That's quite good to know. I'll try the chatbot ASAP.
    I wonder why I never tried the chatbot before...

    This camera will really boost my productions. Exactly the right spot of my needs in a camera.
    If order status says "processing" does that mean the payment is recieved? Never did a bank wire to US so not sure how to tell if you got it.

    My credit card has been charged but my order on red.com still says processing. Not sure. The order was placed early on day one of launch.

    When I order stuff, especially brand new stuff, processing means exactly that. Order is received and they are processing the order.

    Guessing no one has yet received their black production Order from the Sale going live last week, but could be wrong. Anyone receive their order yet or a tracking number?

    Red Europe is really slow... waiting for days to get my order trough... there was an error with the order (probably due to Hydrogen discount) and also VAT number,... and send emails to customer service and to Red Europe mail,... but no reply in days...

    I ordered in the first 20 minutes of it 'going live' - the estimated time to ship was 7-10 days. I assume business days? So maybe it'll ship next week?
