Lost connection to base expander... no volatge readout or audio input

I am on a two week long shoot and suddenly lost my audio input through the base expander and no longer seeing a voltage read out. Guessing the expander module has gone bad for some reason. The external audio option is no longer available in the menu. Any one had a similar issue? I have started a service ticket with RED and waiting to hear back.

Tried re-seating the module a couple of times but with no luck.

A quick update.... after a back and forth with RED, seems the board in the base expander decided to die. It's just out of warranty and they are closed until sometime in January, so can't even send in for service. I have decided to buy a spare and carry two with me on shoots, once this one is fixed. Not the first time this module has failed on shoot. Have to say I am not impressed...

I had mine broken with some broken pins (due to power overload or corrosion?). To prevent current overload I've invested in a Core EVO DSMC2 module. I still don't know if the failure was power related, with External EVF, Teradek bolt, RTmotion sidekick, powered from the WC battery plate.

Are your pins on your expander ok ?

All look fine... RED think the board failed, but have not seen it yet. Wish they had an east coast service center, so we could get help when needed.
