    Me too. We've had a lot problems with our RED ports. I feel like I have to check the back focus with each set of lenses we use, the grips block view of the focus mark on lenses, and you have to do it up so tight to stop the lens from rotating when you pull focus that it can be hard to undo it when you change lenses.

    This sounds like a fault with the mount, you should have it serviced.

    Seems odd that it happens on two cameras though. We should hopefully have time to send one back soon.
