And a way to go really fuzzy with poor contrast and for this one you'd need to find an Eclair adapter mount to attach it. I used to own one of these for my Aaton kit and I called it "My Acid Trip" lens.
I owned one also...and it was quite fuzzy, although I have seen ones that are actually fairly sharp...I think that the Tegeas, both the 5.7mm and the 9.8's (for 35mm) were subject to the built on Monday or Friday rule...quite a bit of variability due to the huge manually ground front element.
The Angenieux 5.9mm, although giving a slightly smaller image circle (still covers the red 2K) are much better. Just my opinion...I have owned several 5.9's.
