Its shipping, but slowly. No news on knobs yet.

Nikon mount has not been released.

Canon mount has been released and is trickling out in very low numbers.

Knob has not yet been released.

I think mail4joeg was asking after the Nikon electronic mount, which, to the best of my understanding, is a ways out yet. The Canon electronic mount is shipping.
