Camera won't read Upgrade file

Hope I'm not missing something simple - followed upgrade instructions on Red.com site and Readme file - i.e., have not unzipped or renamed the folder named "upgrade." I've tried copying the file to a freshly formatted CF card and to a freshly formatted Red drive.

The only file I'm transfering to the drives is "upgrade" in the folder called "build_16_v3.2.5" that is within the folder called "upgrade_build_16_v3.2.5" that is in another folder named "upgrade_build_16_v3.2.5".

For some reason, there are a lot of files within the vaious subfolders showing sizes of 0kb, but the upgrade folder that I am copying to CF has one file in it called redone.su and is roughly 8k zipped.

I've tried downloading with Explorer and with Firefox and have tried downloading to a Vista workstation and an XP workstation.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated - I'm a total loss as to what else to try.

If you are leaving it zipped or in another folder take it out and put directly on the card.
so that the upgrade is not buried or zipped.

You can also try by SD card. Also, you have to first install the prelim build 15 before build 16 can be installed.

Thanks a lot - I'll try both of these suggestions. I think, though, that the Red.com support instructions are saying not to decompress the Redone.su file.
