Red one - dead pixels or dirt inside sensor

Hello to all,
we just spotted that we have a bright spot on our last footage.
The bright spot is very visible on hd-sdi monitor, and it is also visible but little bit less on recorded footage.

We checked the sensor and it's perfectly clean outside.
We did black shading four times today, and also we re-installed firmware v16 3.2.5 two times today.
There is no difference.
It is still there.

Could it be dead pixels, or could it be some dirt inside sensor space ?

Here I provide 2 photos, each are pixel for pixel crops.
