I just wanted to say thank you to the Red Camera Charity Foundation (aka Jim). :)
Just a short list example.
- An unprecedented, generous $17.5k credit
- Reduced prices: FF35 is $2k less
- Free IO, Battery, & CF Modules for Epic X upgrade

The specifics you're citing are wonderful, agreed, but the best part is how absolutely responsive this company is to its users' requests. Unprecedented. They have a remarkable will and ability to marry their needs as a business to the needs of their users into the best possible outcomes.
Absolutely.
Hence saying it was the "short" list.
I'm sure there's more to add to it.
RED is the most reliable company I have dealt with.
RED kept their word on every aspect.
RED has delivered way more than it promissed on every sense. And finally, RED has always respected their customers.
The above may sound absurd to an outsider but since the beginning RED said dates and specs will change.
And so they have.
Prices only got lower (or remained the same with increased spec)
Delivery dates (once set) were respected
And most importantly RED has changed many lives (dare I say thousands?)
Now with RED's new offering of the EPIC-X they went above and beyond once again ensuring customer loyalty (for those who weren't already) and for better or worse, increased fanboyism :)
RED not only offered over 100% refund of initial reservation deposits, they one-upped themselves by offering additional accessory credit to over a thousand of the initial reservation holders.
Nobody asked them to do any of the above, yet we are all most certainly thankful.
Confused...?
