Can someone tell me if the GPI trigger function has a maximum rate at which it can be triggered in "one-shot" mode? I'm hoping I can create a circuit with a film projector that will force the RED to take one still frame 3, 6, or 9 times a second. (3/sec is the slowest I can go.)

I'm working on a DIY project similar to Mathew Greene's ( http://reduser.net/forum/showthread....533#post348533 ) But I'm using an old Eumig projector and probably a digital hall effect sensor to trigger the GPI.

Hey, I've wanted to try the ramping thing on my camera for a while. Can someone send me a link to a trigger I can buy to hand trigger the ramp during a shot?

    Thanks.

Thank you, Curt. Do you mean you're working on variable user-controlled ramping?

Cal, Curt's your guy - he makes the Origo start/stop button: http://www.viewfactor.net/khxc/index...how&ref=Origo1
