Can anyone tell me how to get a Quicktime out of After Effects that looks the same as it does in After Effects.

No matter what I do with project setting and colour management and legacy quicktime adjustments I get a quicktime move that looks dead and foggy with no real black point in comparison to how it looked inside AE.

This is the same whether I work in Vista or XP

I'm using cs3 by the way and quicktime 7.5.5

I output all my clips twice - once for reference purposes using jpeg codec and once full res using aja kona 10bit

Seems to have the same problem whatever I do - no good black point in the quicktimes. Don't look like anything like they do in After Effects.

However this effect only seems evident when using the quicktime player. If I re import the quicktime back into after effects it looks correct.

How do I get the quicktime to look the same as the after effects interpretation of the same clip ?
