Not really on the red bandwagon but have still followed its development closely. Anyways, decided to put the file on my editing system that has a 37" HD preview monitor. Looks pretty darn awesome.

Hi.
The clip looks great, no doubts there. But if you want to check for artifacts - heres a tip: Use "Dobbel size" in Quicktime and check around the head moving- frame by frame. Check the info for that clip, you'll find that the datarate is aprox. 70 mbit/s during playback. You'll also se that the format is somekind of jpeg, so its far from "top speed". Anyway, my point is: You don't see full quality and it still looks great.

Yea definitely wasnt full quality at only 90Mb but yes point in hand, even super compressed its looking great. I'd love to see shots at 10bit uncompressed or even better on a 2k projector :)
