  1. #1 Element Techn. Battery Plate fit issues
Just received my ET battery plate with Speedy Clamp but I can"t seem to make it fit the Red Battery Plate.
I removed the steel backplate but I when I try to insert the ET plate the bolt from the speedy clamp and a magnet that seems to be glued to the plate don't fit inside the Red battery plate.
    What am I not getting?

    Connor,

There is magnet inside the Red Battery plate that you need to remove. Send me an email at Chris at Elementtechnica dot com and I'll send you a PDF with some photos. The magnet on the ET plate replaces its function so everything will still work properly.

Just pull off the magnet on the red plate. It's glued on but will separate with a bit of force. The ET plate is so much better.
