Hello, will the RED ONE come with onboard mic preamp, 48 V phantom powering and limiter/soft clipping?

Phantom Power & Limiting onboard doesn't seem to have been solidified yet. Specs announced are 4 channels of 16/24-bit 48Khz audio. We know that there are mini XLR ports on camera but we don't know if they are analog only or will also accept AES/EBU audio.
I would hope that they are included but I also wouldn't mind using a high quality external preamp.
Yes. Mic preamps + 48V have been announced. No details on whether there will be rotary gain controls yet though.
And nearly as important, shall we be able to turn the preamps and the 48V "OFF", for the times we'll be using some "better" offboard preamps and just feeding the camera with a "line level" signal.
Even better, how about feeding the camera with an already digitaly converted signal from a high end A/N converter.
From the top of my head it seems ADAT connectors or 2x Spdif, or even better "firewire" could do fine.
Actually I think firewire is the way to go, it's allready provided on the RedOne, and RME, Appogee, and others have some great audio interface with firewire output.

I had the idea (possibly unfounded) that a Red firewire port would be for configuration & control and/or data output. Using it for live audio input might require a different hardware setup internally. I'm not familiar with the audio over firewire standards- if the devices that transmit audio over firewire require specific drivers on the PC they connect to, it seems unlikely that an "embedded" system like Red would be able to interface to them, in general.
:) I guess that I need to catch up with the announcements.
RED ONE camera does not have a firewire port (the RED-DRIVE does though). The camera has a USB2 port.
Yes, phantom & mic preamp should be switchable (wait for confirmation from Stuart ;)
Is it 96Khz capture? I had last read that the max was 48Khz... I'll be glad to hear confirmation that it's 96. Also would be very nice to hear of a limiter, even if it's fixed without an adjustable knee.
