problems with Qts

I have a RED camera with build 17.3.4.1 QT 7.6 and the latest QT codec for RED 3.5.0

When I shoot footage it can playback in the camera just fine, but as soon as i transfer any of the footage to my edit suite, all the quicktime movies are black, there is no picture, it just looks like there is no signal at all.

I shot some footage on another RED camera, with the same resolution, frame rate and settings, and those QTs playback just fine.

Anyone else have this same issue? Any work around? any help would be appreciated.

Yes I had this issue a few weeks ago. Still can't figure it out. Would love to hear some feedback

I had that happen to me once. I think I set something wrong on the camera.

It was fixed but resetting to defaults in redalert and then recreating the qt wrappers.

this happened with me today when I put some footage on a friends computer. I opened the r3d in red alert, adjusted the exposer, created new quicktimes, and those worked fine. try it.
