I just discovered that I've got dropped frames on a project in which I was using Quicktime Redcode files. That is they were imported using the "native" preference.

I had to set the RT to Unlimited as opposed to Safe RT. I've never had a problem with dropped frames before and this is the only explanation I can come up with.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

Does anyone know a simple solution?

I'd double check the sequence settings, and the other RT settings (eg. low quality...)

Thanks Ben but it is not the settings.

I think it is a Color bug.

The dropped frames only happening to the sequence after it has been sent to Color (Native or QT wrapped) and come back. It comes back as Prores and then I start to get dropped frames.

Also - other bug- I'm not able to change the color space in Color. When I say not able I mean I can change the color space on a clip and regrade it but when I come back to that clip it is changed back to the original setting - anyone.
