Hello Everyone,
Most of you probably know RED will not have our big RED tent at NAB this year, However I will be doing presentations pretty much non-stop every day at NAB during the show and likely for some after hours events around town, and we will be participating in the Reduser event at the Rio as well.
Our good friend and multi-media design master Corrado and I have been talking about doing something fun and visually interesting to show the evolution of RED and all the REDusers all over the planet.
Here's the basic idea - We want to collect the best 2 or 3 behind the scenes images of the RED ONE's in action on various types of productions. Shots where you really see the cameras doing some cool stuff. We hope to gather 100's (or maybe 1000's) of these behind the scenes production shots with the cameras shooting interesting subject matter, big time actors and actresses, production scenarios that are visually interesting, etc.
If we get the goods, Corrado will craft a cool montage and I'll show it off at various venues around NAB (and likely an online version for those of you that can't come to Vegas this year.)
So if you are interested, Corrado has set up a dedicated email address for you to email images to him:

don't overload him with too much stuff, just pick 3 or 4 of your coolest shots and email them to be included in the montage. If there are any changes to where he wants you to send pictures, or if he needs more shots as he starts to build the montage he will let you know here...
If we get enough pix and Corrado has enough time before NAB to craft his magic - we will have something fun to show that should make everyone in the RED world proud. If we miss the NAB timeframe, we’ll show it as soon as we can.
