4K screenings in Amsterdam

In the section 'gear we use', found at the bottom of the RED homepage, there's an announcement of 4K srceenings in Amsterdam.
Are there any details, place, time?

My guess is that it refers to the first public screening of prototype RED images at 4k at IBC 2006 - in Amsterdam. Which was impressive by the way :clown2:

Unless something else is announced, I'd expect the next RED screening in Europe to be IBC 2007.

It seems that you can't find a cheap decent hotel in Amsterdam that weekend.. they're ALL booked out already.. (I don't think that's entirely because RED will be showing their 4k film though:clown2: )

People always find hotels available somehow.

But otherwise, Utrecht is 30 minutes by Train from RAI station.

It'll take you just as long to get to the RAI from the centre of Amsterdam. Unless the Amsterdam experience is what you're really looking for.

I will be there too. Can anyone suggest a decent hotel ($50-$60 a night). It doen't have to be close to the IBC Venue..Thanks
