General Accessories for RED One

I need to purchase a couple things for my RED camera.

-Tripod
-Zoom lens (A decent general zoom lens, I'm thinking maybe a Cooke?)
-Mattebox and fliters (the normal set of filters that anyone should have)

Can anyone recommend some decent ones for each of these?

We just need to have these because their standard pieces of equipment our company should own. We shoot quite a bit and need to rent this stuff each time (it almost defeats the purpose of owning the camera).

Are you looking at a 100mm or 150mm head? How heavy is your Red setup? That is important when shopping for a tripod kit.
Plenty of zooms and matteboxes out there for the Red, but what is your budget?
