First JVC announces a new 8K D-ILA projector and now Evans & Sutherland a 8K laser projector, Sony make deals with 2 of the largest cinema chains for 4K projectors; and TI have not yet announced any DLP DMD above 2K.
Are they sleeping?

Looks like a marked for Epic 645 and 617 source material in the future rather sooner than later.
