There are many discussions touching on this but after trying out a number of things I am still stuck.

I am doing a sound mix of a project in FCP shot on the RED/23.976.
Sound is from DAT 48/24bits currently, not sure whether this was changed in any way.
I exported OMF to Soundtrack Pro when I import the finished mix its out of sync by 0.1%.

To work out what the problem was I exported the clean audio directly from FCP as aif and then re-imported it straight in, again having the out of sync problem. So it must be a FCP issue?

When I adjust the speed to 100.1 &of either the Sound there is still a very slight out of sync problem.
Is this the best I can do, are there any other options to fix it?

I was going to settle on the speed adjusted audio - but this will be put on HDCSR and they want the audio as separate wavs - again this would invite syncing problems.

    Any ideas?

You can always export your separate .wav file from the final rendered, sound-fixed master QT file...
