Can you check that REDline is 20.1.2?

Can you also "save script" from RR and email that to me?

Hi Deanan, it is in fact 20.1.2 but I just went back to try and recreate the problem, and now it is rendering fine. Not sure why it did that, and why it's now working fine. This is the first hiccup I've had with Rushes...sorry to waste your time. If the problem shows up again, I'll email you the script...

try with a diffrent version...otheriwse the only option left is to cotatc the customer support....

I've just experienced the same issue. Monkey extract is transcoding the files, but no results with RA. I've tried both RA 20.1.2 and V3.6.0

I set up the render as I always do (I've done at least 30 jobs this way)

Fit Width
Quicktime
ProRes 422 HQ

Start render...the frame counter displays 0 and current 1 it cycles through very fast and reads 100% finished. There are no files in the destination directory. The first clip I have has 2872 frames. What's up? I don't think its a QT update issue cause the problem was present before I installed to 7.6.2

Any ideas here?

Same problem here, regardless of Codec(tried ProRes, MJpeg, and Apple intermediate)
