no one uses dragon?

maybe i missed something. my brain is fried this month.
I here you. I've been frustrated that Olympus and Panasonic DSLRs aren't supported by Dragon, much as I have wanted to use it for a few things. This I think is down to the camera manufacturers, not making the SDKs for Mac readily available and not as far as I can tell, the fault of the Dragon developers.
So yeah, for that reason, I second what you are saying
I can use that software with a Black Magic input/output card. So pretty much anything with HD-SDi. But no device control, your just limited to the 720p output from the Red.
Looking for some info on this now for a possible stop-motion job... were there ever any further updates on using Red One and Dragon?
cheers
Chris
i'm with you guys. this would be a great device for stop-motion. and especially stop-motion projects integrated with some regular motion.
This idea has popped into my head before but I'm coming closer to needing a camera for a project. I am surprised RED does not support stop motion. There is no communication with the REDMote and a computer that can aid in stop motion?
Any line of RED cameras would be ideal for stop motion IMO.
