I'm sure most of the stuff they find in testing can be modified by firmware up until production. However, I have always wondered why the camera read out is on the back of the camera. How is the 1st going to see that info while shooting if he is on the follow focus camera left or camera right "dumb side"? Wouldn't he have to look around the operator's back? Infact this now makes both sides of the camera "dumb side" wouldn't it? Is the camera info or could the camera info be superimposed over the image on the LCD display? I'm sure someone has commented on this before or there is some solution. Anyone know? That is the type of things I'm most worried about. Stuff that can't be fixed by a firmware update.

Kinda like the recessed headphone jack on my iPhone. Dumb, Dumb, Dumb, Dumb, Dumb........

how about the 1st checks the shutter speed, fps etc. between shots?
then he knows the settings before he's pulling focus ...

... from what i recall some of the info is available in frame ...

yes, that would be really helpful. i wouldn´t care at all to be under NDA etc, as long we will get the software to plan the workflows. especialy for those, who have a cameras on order.
