might be posting this in the wrong place, and it may have indeed been discused before but i couldnt find anything...

If one chooses to mearly upgrade the sensor in the redone body, and let me say thank you Jim thats very kind of you to implement, but will that 1) be an overload on the existing processor, and therefor not do what the epic-x can do with the same sensor? ie overcrank etc...2)will it strain the processor to deal with X amout of additional information and hurt the perfomance alltogether?

or will ther be a processor upgrade at the same time? or am i technically off base?

    just random thoughts.

There will almost certainly be a processor upgrade done at the same time, although the camera will likely not possess all of the attributes of the Epic body (lower speeds, etc.).

Yea, if they still decide to do it would guess you'd only be able to only shoot at 24/25 fps. And you might have to wait a long time. All of this is a bunch of guessing really but I would suppose they would focus on their DSMC release at first.
